A 14-year study of more than 100,000 adults conducted by the American Cancer Society linked sitting for more than 6 hours a day to increased risks of cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Sitting for long periods of time is bad for your health, even if you exercise regularly.
The federal government’s physical activity guidelines are all about exercise –150 minutes of moderate activity per week for adults.

Personal instruction allows for a more intimate view into your practice as well as hands on assistance to get deeper into a pose.
